That was the week that was … And then some

Well, actually, more like 11 days. But it’s been a real roller coaster of a ride.

Personal and family illness mixed in with the excitement of imminent new arrivals and a double Bank Holiday.

Am hoping the raspberry canes and blueberry bush planted on Good Friday survived storm Katy.

Exhausted just thinking about it.

But there have been good things too. I’ve got to meet the cutest puppy, was introduced to the rescue chickens and catch-up with some family and friends.

Am counting down the days to my first proper adventure in a while and hoping to get outside more now days are longer and hopefully warmer.

Spring is sprung, and it’s time to hop to it with activities and adventures.
